How do you download a saved game from a travel drive to a memory card on a PS2?

This is the first time i've downloaded a game save but i can't move it from the travel drive plugged in the usb slot in my ps2 to the memory card. How do i do this?

1. You need a gameshark, codebreaker, action replay or something with a memory card manager.
